不是一本学术书，而是高等教育管理的一个反思性策略。写的不错的，对于博士项目的组织管理，怎么带学生，分配任务，创建一个学习共同体很有启发。当然，反着读也可以批评它是某种功能主义复读机。我正好在写项目规划，很受用。
