Using a framework based on principles of teaching and learning, this guide for teachers and teacher trainees provides a wealth of suggestions for helping learners at all levels of proficiency develop their listening and speaking skills and fluency. 评分只看了fluency那一章，其他的感觉大部分是在说怎么提高听（以后可能会用到听的练习吧，但太基础了不适合我学生的target level）。fluency判断标准1.speech rate;2.filled pause的数量和3.unfilled pause/如何提高fluency：1. meaning-focused; 2.说话者必须谈论自己的过往经验（话题熟练度）和背景知识 3.要预制很多planned chunks，到了说话的时候以chunks为单位重组 一个有趣的练习是4/3/2技巧，书上让两个人练，一个人其实也行
