我曾經想過當律師的，看到這些亂七八糟的術語後，我知道瞭，再來個4-8年摺磨離這個目標就差不多瞭。其實legal reasoning和大多數邏輯一樣，無非三種:Deductive Reasoning, Linear Reasoning and Reasoning by Analogy. 我覺得第一種最難，美其名曰“syllogism".
