He may be half-man and half-machine, but Vic Stone (a.k.a. Cyborg of the Teen Titans) remains all hero in this miniseries exploring his dark origins and the nefarious plot to exploit his unique machinery.
Spinning out of the pages of SUPERMAN and TEEN TITANS, a mysterious operative named Mr. Orr, who specializes in biomechanical engineering, utilizes Cyborg's physical makeup to create another cyborg! And this time, it's Vic's friend who faces circuitry surgery! But what could Vic's past have to do with all this and will his fellow Teen Titans help the hero-or brand him a criminal?
