凡人失去摯愛，從而去追求不朽，不斷努力卻一無所獲。amazon上買傢評論說，故事很棒，隻是有點too dark, 擔心the tragedy would be too weighty for the kids。不由腦補齣小孩子聽到傷心處哇哇大哭的情境。不過也許能聽到這樣的故事的童年纔是幸福的吧。故事的最後，吉爾伽美什懂得做一個好人被曆史記住纔是真正的不朽，這樣的道理讓大人也為之默然。
