This is a recipe book of 101 ready-to-use programmes for all areas of health and fitness clubs, including the Five Steps to Programming Success. Featured programmes range from aquatics to female-only and the inactive market. It is accompanied by a CD-ROM containing all the forms and marketing materials needed for planning and implementing successful programmes. The book is based on the criteria for different sports and type of activity, coupled with the type of member such as new member, introductory class or children. The CD-ROM makes it easy for the user to print out quizzes, score cards, scoring systems and logos which can be manipulated to reflect the user's own facility. Some files can also be used to create t-shirts or other unique promotional pieces.
