Life was all about making a fast buck for Radolfo Ortiz, who inherited the name 'Rolly' during his criminal youth. The Puerto Rican outlaw was a natural born hustler and growing up which perfected his natural born talent. Rolly loved living his life on an edge, and earning illegal money. But the day that the Native New Yorker started smoking formaldehyde, life to him had suddenly become all about murder.... which shouldn't be hard to believe since formaldehyde is the chemical that's used by morticians to embalm the dead. One phrase ran through Rolly's mind as he continued to raise the murder rate for the sole purpose of maintaining a steady supply of the liquid chemical that's know in the streets as, 'dip.' That phrase being, 'more dip, more murder!' And with Rolly being a natural born hustler, more murder surely meant more money!
