蒙太奇的写法非常有趣，但是每个juxtaposition之后可以再多一些分析，来强化现在与过去两个案例间的联系。作者的立场偏温和派，对巴黎公社的评价我觉得略harsh。最后的结语很精彩，不论站在哪个阵营，都不应用自己的想象去canonize历史人物和事件。

评分实在看不下去了，这种“华尔街日报体”的文风写写灾难报道就算了，写历史真的是不知所云¯_(ツ)_/¯ 表达一个意思要绕好几个弯子再加一堆指代和修饰语，就不能好好说话吗？
评分读的是政见众包翻译的中文版，对主题很感兴趣，但不知是翻译还是原文本身的原因，读起来很费劲
