MUGU HUNTERS is a story of ambitious men whose dreams are fueled by greed and vengeance. Emma Eberim moves from his Nigerian village to the city and discovers that the tales of nouveau-riche exploits and overbearing behavior he had considered rumor, gossip and fable in his community, are true. He watches as friends flaunt their wealth -- wealth gained by conning guillible foreigners on the Internet. They call them Mugu: greedy fools. Emma learns quickly, and his snare catches several Mugu including Johan an American. With the monies gained Emma acquires properties, investments and political clout. Efforts to contain the Mugu Hunters fail until Johan's pleadings lead to Morison, an American Intelligence Officer who dedicates himself to rooting out the criminals.
