看完了。如果不看作者，可能对年代没有什么概念的人，会觉得战争和凯恩斯没有关系，这个名字应该只出现在大学经济学的课本里，然而实际上他应该是一战后，少数几个批评《凡尔赛合约》的“名人”。 我看这本书的渊源其实还挺久远的，加藤阳子那本《日本人为何选择了战争》对我影...
