希望各位同胞能早点读到它，早一天了解就少一天痛苦

自己一直没有确诊，就做过线上测试，很大机会是aspie，看完这本书更加偏向自己是，看来需要找个时间去确诊一下。书本提到的一些特征我都有，而且章节结尾会应对的建议。 1. 喜欢动物甚于人（因为很难猜透别人心理活动） 2.从小喜欢科幻和幻想系列书籍和电影（因为难以融入周围环境和社会） 3.朋友和男女关系中出现问题，一般都是我先原谅对方。在一段没有结果的关系中分分合合拖泥带水（因为记忆短暂，很快忘记之前为什么生气） 4.break bridges，断绝关系。一言不合就断绝来往。

就还行，病友self aware合集。描述感受比较准确，提的建议比较浅。

实用。作者显然是那种说起什么滔滔不绝，眉飞色舞的类型，讲话的方式很亲切。
