芮跋辭（Volker Rybatzki），著名阿爾泰學家，尤長於古突厥語文學和中古蒙古語文學研究，從芬蘭赫爾辛基大學獲得阿爾泰學博士學位。曾在赫爾辛基大學開設阿爾泰學課程，出有多種影響廣泛的阿爾泰學論著，包括在學界極受好評的《吐欲谷碑銘》（Die Toñuquq-Inschrift, 2004），《中古蒙古語文獻中的人名與稱號》（Die Personennamen und Titel der mittelmongolischen Dokumente -- eine lexikalische Untersuchung, 2006），以及與羅依果（Igor De Rachewiltz）合著的《阿爾泰語文學導論——突厥語、蒙古語和滿語》（Introduction to Altaic Philology：Turkic, Mongolian, Manchu, 2010）。
