食材的書，還帶點教程，魚好可愛，原來奶酪種類那麼多啊

印刷裝幀都非常精緻的一本書，圖片清晰精美，最有趣的是劍魚的那頁，第一次翻到以為魚嘴隻印瞭一半，沒想到再往前翻，發現魚嘴另一半在反麵，無縫連接瞭。分類細緻，海鮮肉類蔬菜香料奶製品等等，能想到的沒有找不到的。無奈人類畢竟是可怕的雜食動物，能入饌的食材難以窮盡。不過漏收瞭豆腐是不是不應該？
