单个主角的书果然比前两本好看，但是Lisa是凶手好像一开始就可以估计到，居然是用气球做诱饵，让受害者抬头，然后榔头敲死。而且还杀了自己的老公埋在花园里。还派Herb去找人殴打Mickey。但是奇怪的是，没钱付房贷月供，居然有钱把自己保释出来。疑似小小漏洞。Mickey在书的结尾的时候居然要去竞选DA。书名就是援引fifth修正案来拒绝作证以免自证其罪的证人。
