看之前有點絕望的死亡恐懼感，現在也慢慢消失瞭。挺喜歡那些心理谘詢的小故事的，然而發現客戶大多數是百人中産+，整個學界似乎又是男人為主，又覺得有點沒勁。不得不說作者的文筆還是很不錯的，優美到被騙，讀到後麵越來越覺得，死亡恐懼真的是可以剋服的嗎？還是我根本上來說就沒有過一個自己覺得滿意的人生呢。

能感受到作者的睿智和豐富的經驗，寫的很真誠，裏麵好幾個觀點對於我緩解死亡焦慮是很有啓發的
