前面都挺正常或者平庸的，干货从59页开始。口味：不同人不同时候尝到的都会不一样，主厨建议，多吃生姜或者姜茶可以给原料增加exotic风味；量和质：提高量可以通过好好睡一觉或者延长前戏办到，质则很难把控，但多喝水是没错的；烹饪特性：类似蛋白，不同之处在于semen一般用量比较小，口味更平滑。“融化”和“未融化”的口味有所不同。（大厨附赠了一道semen荷包蛋的做法，加一点油热锅，关火，把semen直接射入锅中，重新开火不需要翻动，荷包蛋就做好了。根据口味加胡椒和盐。）储藏：新鲜材料建议尽快烹饪，放入冰箱冷藏可以保存最多三天，更长时间则需要冷冻。大厨建议，在冷冻室准备一个容器，每天早上收集材料，可以为以后的烹饪做储备，也可以直接拿出来做冰激凌吃。
