旷世杰作！阐明了杰出公司所具有的特质、发现这些特质的方法、如何对上千只股票作初步筛选、股票价格的形成机理、买卖时机的选择、其他投资方法的局限性、个人投资思想的发展历程。当然此书也有美中不足之处。其一：对如何进行沟通以探明自己想要得到的信息这个议题未做深入说明。其二：认为沟通是财务报表之外获得信息的主要手法，未指出语言之外的信息也可提供重要线索。其三：以其他投资者的推荐作为主要的初步筛选，未意识到诸如经由产品体验以发现潜力公司的方法。

可能因为比较老了，这些道理在企业管理中都是常识中的常识，再拿来看，就显得有些重复和乏味了。大概在50年代还是比较前卫的吧。又或者是我还不得要领。
