确实很受不了，这么好的一本书，被他翻译的我都快看不下去了，本以为最新翻译的会好些呢，结果发现里面好多句子很难读通，好多时候都不知道调换字词的位置，完全是按英语的习惯翻译过来。心疼我的钱啊。。。

费雪同志在斯坦福大学读书时就跟着导师跑企业，研究企业经营状况，这也就导致了他选择股票的方法落在了企业内生经营上这就是基本面分析，因为他们相信股价的上涨，其根本因数是企业的利润（这里插一句，其实还有其他因数，只是费雪同志不知道而已，后来也导致巴菲特也不知道...

建议买海南/三环联合出的那本，这本不仅价格贵了一倍多，还翻译的很差。费雪喜欢写长句子，这本很多关键的长句子的意思都翻译反了，我甚至怀疑这个叫冯治平的译者是不是用机器翻译的。实在太糟糕了！骗钱！

曠世傑作！闡明瞭傑齣公司所具有的特質、發現這些特質的方法、如何對上韆隻股票作初步篩選、股票價格的形成機理、買賣時機的選擇、其他投資方法的局限性、個人投資思想的發展曆程。當然此書也有美中不足之處。其一：對如何進行溝通以探明自己想要得到的信息這個議題未做深入說明。其二：認為溝通是財務報錶之外獲得信息的主要手法，未指齣語言之外的信息也可提供重要綫索。其三：以其他投資者的推薦作為主要的初步篩選，未意識到諸如經由産品體驗以發現潛力公司的方法。

如今看起來全是常識，而且說的實在是沒必要的繞，扶額…

可能因為比較老瞭，這些道理在企業管理中都是常識中的常識，再拿來看，就顯得有些重復和乏味瞭。大概在50年代還是比較前衛的吧。又或者是我還不得要領。
