今年看了好多这种屌丝励志鸡血读物啊……作者不愧是ny times出身……
评分实用性的奖励(知乎,豆瓣,阅读),及时回馈(游戏上瘾、tingling sensation胜过beauty、内啡肽胜过smoothie)也是两个必要条件。cue、routie、reward、belief,学英语成为习惯:虽然有功利性目标做引导,但更需要belief(学了就能有收效)作支撑,时常品尝reward(进步感)。
评分从详尽的附注中可以看出作者的严谨。在心理学方面没有太多新的内容,只是讲得比较透彻。中间有一两章涉及社会和企业的规划,更是把“习惯”的意义引申得太远,作者自己在这里也改用"routine"一词。
评分回答了「为什么优秀的产品(尤其是日常需要用到的to-do list应用)却没有大量用户持续在用」这个问题;改变个人习惯只能改变routine,cue和reward不变;一场社会运动的发生、推广和持续需要强关系、弱关系和参与者的归属感三点条件。另外写这种类科普书的要点是每章说明一个论点,一个大case贯穿全章,几个小case穿梭其间,80%的篇幅都在讲故事,否则普通读者大概没有耐心读得下去,缺点则是感觉废话很多。
评分有的故事颇好,但整体来说还是《纽约时报》周刊的那个节选最精彩。
