數學學多瞭太容易讓人産生精英主義的崇拜瞭。這本書希望我們的目光從為數學知識開疆拓土的先知身上移開，關注使用數學的凡人身上。內容按主題編排，就沒有期末考試老師劃重點一樣浮光掠影的感覺，甚至有一點虛假的充實感覺，可見還是花瞭心思在體例上。

一如Oxford既往的好可能我不是數學齣身所以無法太好的理解這個簡短所以讀起來不如讀thermodynamic那本那麼爽
