The focus on human rights, humanitarian law and the examples of Switzerland are definitely the signature of the author....yet I'd prefer to read what Brierly though about things at the time of his days.

剛剛讀的時候會不適應那種散文似的寫法，讀者讀者就帶感瞭，都到最後很touching啊，想起他講課一直強調的國際法的價值的轉變，Clapham算是男神咯
