评分感覺思想史的研究總是玄之又玄。功過格的誕生便伴隨著功利主義，重點不應該是這種功利主義對社會的影響力是利大於弊還是相反嗎，為什麼卻在糾結要賦予這種有先天缺陷的設計以道德閤法性呢？？
