作者简介
埃里希·玛丽亚·雷马克（1898—1970），20世纪蜚声世界文坛的德国作家，最重要的战争小说作家之一。他在一战中受过伤,战后创作了被誉为“古今欧洲书籍的最大成就”的成名代表作《西线无战事》。二战前，纳粹德国查禁并焚烧了他的作品，雷马克于是流亡瑞士，后移民美国。1967年，联邦德国授予他大十字勋章。
