应该算一本心理学方面的书，用第二人称来写，本身并没有问题，可是看得人特别别扭，可能是语句之间的接续比较清奇。然后就是指出问题还是很在点的，但就是比较累赘，而在真正的改变的方法上，又啰嗦而不突出重点。
