评分非常有道理，小孩是wild animal而不是小大人。教會有效管理小孩的辦法。
评分沒有How to talk那本好。列齣一堆直接可用的方法，應該會挺有用。但背後的大邏輯和觀念沒有闡述清楚。比如1-2-3的辦法，肯定會有用，但什麼時候用，什麼時候應該尊重孩子的想法，闡述太含混。而且一股腦把一堆方法列給讀者，overwhelming。
