少有的電影比書好看的，男主角女主角畫麵音樂情節，印象深刻

抱著對電影的喜愛來看這本書，企圖從字裏行間獲得些許對悲劇的寬慰，就好像你真的喜歡一個人他就變得具有瞭神秘感，引誘你去發掘更深層次的東西，但這本小說無疑讓我有些失望，很難講電影到底哪裏吸引瞭我，看完之後我整夜整夜的睡不著，或是半夜醒來感覺胸口被挖瞭個洞，可企圖在小說裏找尋答案的勞動終化作徒勞，小說一直給我一種殘次品的感覺，自言自語，支離破碎，英文和中文同時讀的，中文翻譯相當生澀，對於英文版，我要感慨 Michael Ondaatje的英文造詣，從沒有遇到一個人懂這麼多的英文adjectives，並且運用自如，可能正因為此對我閱讀造成瞭極大的障礙。我要贊美電影導演的細膩和纔華，將這部小說中最感人的情結組閤在一起，挑選齣最摺人心扉的颱詞，融閤成這部愛情史詩。毫無疑問，這和小說想錶達的不太一樣。

比中文譯本強100倍

比起the joy luck club，英語更醇道，更慘烈，但是不知道為毛就是不能直達我心，可能因為太多單詞看不懂吧........
