评分Face reality and perform. Weeding out the bottom 10 and rewarding the best(differentiation). From No. 1 or No. 2 to a 10% market share (mindset change). Six Sigma can be used at any function. Maintain integrity. Getting the right people is more important than developing a strategy. Outsource the weak points and focus on the best.
