看完第一章就感動的淚流滿麵……童年的時候曾經看過這部自傳的中文版，成年之後閱讀原版，真的是感慨萬韆……篇幅雖然不長，但是作者的成長經曆真的讓人充滿力量……殘疾人的世界如此艱難，但是作者仍然做到瞭如此成就……最喜歡的女作者！！！

上帝拿走瞭部分禮物；卻絕不吝嗇贈你更多禮物。用心看得世界原來比起眼睛看到的；我不敢說更精彩，但卻是那麼不一樣。更真實。原來語言對盲人和聾人是如此珍貴。作為健全的人；竟對語言的魅力的理解如此膚淺。慚愧慚愧。應當更加珍惜健全的五官；並不去吝嗇書寫錶達；這纔是迴應上帝饋贈與我們的禮物-語言。
