The change of the meaning of "natural right" from classical to modern thought is accompanied by the establishment of a human-centric cosmology. Man becomes the judge and legislator of his own, not because of his reason but because of his desire & passion. By replacing "history process" for "the end", modern political philosophy falls into nihilism.

雖說leo Strauss被人捧殺瞭，但這本書不可否認是天纔的作品啊。

Worth reading again and again and again...

神書之“神”總是有兩層微妙的含義……可以是大神也可以是神棍。漫漫無期的讀書會~重新又讀一遍瞭，笑點頗多。

隻讀瞭前兩章。。該是讀過的最難懂的瞭。。
