评分花了一天的时间，看完了这本书，没有什么惊喜的感觉。这本书有着欧美畅销书的通病，把本来几十页可以完成的一本书注水拉长到将近两百页。冗长的毛病是跑不了的。但如果谈到内容的话，大家看一下《设计感》和《故事感》就ok了，其他的实在是老生长谈的东西。

探索的问题多，从商的角度，可以粗暴的浓缩为关于核心竞争力的两个问题：一，钉子式无需大局观的工作是否外包出去或交付计算机处理更高效和划算？二，在物质富足过供的时代，我提供的服务是否是以“人”为本和满足“人”对非物质的情感需求?书中的简述比较系统，可以一看。
评分神书，太牛。英文版里有很多拓展右脑的参考资料（中文版不知道翻译质量如何）。看豆瓣才发现是05年写的，已经过去十多年，作者的很多对社会与科技发展的推断都已被验证。via 金毛教授: "one of the American's greatest thinkers today"
