这本书非常注意针对rails的开发者来讲ruby的一些基础知识。让rails的开发者知道，有些rails的代码为何而来，怎样而去。对rails其中的一些隐秘的约定和设置进行了分析，让人了解rails的来龙去脉，重视ruby语言的基础。

就是太罗嗦了，:( 不过，对于没有使用OO语言开发过的新手来讲，倒可能需要那些个“罗嗦”。对于已经有OO经验的开发者来说，挑着看就可以了，特别是本书的第二部分。

看题目以为是给有经验的人看得，结果是给新手看的书书实在是一般。。作者又特别罗唆，花了许多字来在”写这章的目的“，”本章的目的是blah blah"之类的东西上，凑了500来页，居然拉到DHH作序。。。看来DHH作序的书也不一定都棒阿, 同是他作序的<<The Rails Way>>比这本好多...
