[译者简介] 袁天鹏：1998年毕业于北京邮电大学电信工程学院，期间任该校学生会主席；1999年赴美国阿拉斯加大学学习电子工程，留学期间任该校“学生议会”议员，开始接触“罗伯特议事规则”。先后服务于中国电信和美国Sprint，负责通信网络建设工作。2003年回国创办有限责任公司。2006年1月启动本书的翻译工作。2007年起在继续本书的出版工作的同时，展开关于“罗伯特议事规则”的推广和培训项目。2007年8月加入“美国议事专家协会”（NAP）成为其在中国的第一名会员。被《南风窗》杂志评选为“2007为了公共利益年度人物”。

3月份基本上都在看这本书，一方面是事多没静下心来花时间看，拖拉至今，另一方面是在有限的时间里，对前面一小部分还是认真看了的。总体上判断这是今年看了最有收获的一本书。最早知道罗伯特议事规则好像是在《读库》上看到一篇有关一个留美的小伙子回国推广罗伯特规则的故事...
