绝对不怀疑温家宝先生要大幅改善中国农民的生活；没有任何理由不支持他的意图。方向不可能错：农民的生活搞不起，中国的经济改革不可能有大成。问题是怎样做才对。  是极端困难的政策话题。农民贫困的国家，说要改善的随处都说，不知说过多少次了，但有谁真的办到呢？...

前言：有写话题是可写可不写的，有些话题是不得不写的……终于念完了〈佃农理论〉一遍，怎么都得写两句…… 好文章是经得起“推敲”的，1966年的文章，于今依然智慧如故，此必为经典无疑……溢美之辞往往流于阿谀奉承，但我想对于这篇著作的褒奖是很难说过分的…… 清晰的...

今年是《佃农理论》40周年，在深圳的研讨会未能参加。此书评论已多，简要说一下个人观点：张五常的佃农理论不是科斯定理的应用，而是超越。

从组织的激励模式讲，组织的经营风险小，则固定工资占主导，如果员工的努力水平容易被考核，则采用固定薪酬而不是浮动薪酬激励；当风险中等，则固定工资+浮动薪酬，当组织经营风险很大，员工的努力水平也不容易被量化考核，则采取完全的浮动薪酬激励。

非常好的书。有人说佃农理论是科斯定理的超越，我感觉两个理论不是一样的。科斯定理讲的是帕累托最优，佃农理论讲的是租值消散。个人认为，佃农理论的突破性更大一点，当然了，也更不容易理解。书里的数学很难，作为一个工作好几年，三角函数都忘光了的人一步一步跟着推起来...
