看到最後實在忍不住淚目。但全篇最打動我的其實是Jim的父親善良謙卑在亂世中盡全力守護愛子

我願意用一年的壽命，交換Jim和Doyler有個好的結局。認真的，我第一次不開玩笑地恨作者絕情。從看完書到現在都完全沒法迴想書裏的任何情節，一想就覺得又要潰堤……我是敗瞭，徹徹底底地敗瞭，不要尊嚴也不要理智，成這本書的俘虜瞭。

“For only with pride may a man prosper. With pride, all things follow..." 　　用了一个星期看完这本书。除了留在脸上蛛丝般隐隐约约对书中描述的爱尔兰广袤的大海的感觉外，唯一有深刻印象的就是上面这段话了。这里的Pride，肯定不可以理解成“骄傲”，当然也不仅仅...
