杰克·芬尼（Jack Finney，1911—1995），美国著名科幻小说家，“世界奇幻奖·终身成就奖”获得者，他一生创作过11部长篇小说，5部短篇小说集和2部剧本，并将一生都奉献给了科幻文学，凭借代表作《致命拜访》两获业内大奖。他的小说多被改编为经典电影，其中《致命拜访》更是因其科幻小说层面下深藏的内涵而被先后4次改编成电影，其中1956年和1978年的版本已经被影迷奉为经典。
