评分這本書主要介紹瞭NPV,IRR,Payback,綫性model建立的方法。本書通篇以一個木材case來explain。其實這些方法隨便哪本公司財務書上都會有，這本書應該是當做教材的一本書吧。此本書的好處在於case連續性，以及格式方法的規範性，錶格什麼的都做得很細緻很認真，我覺得可以用作正規公司藉鑒的風格。我覺得吧，其實這本書比我學的那些教材書要好。當然，我也沒有完全看完，基本都是過一遍，看到自己會的，就pass瞭。主要是幫助自己總結歸納瞭這些方法，強化這個財務知識體係吧。
