He is Oliver Barrett IV, a rich jock from a stuffy Wasp family on his way to a Harvard degree and a career in law. She is Jenny Cavilleri, a wisecracking working-class beauty studying music at Radcliffe. They are opposites in nearly every way. But they fell in love. This is their story.
作者簡介
Erich Segal was born in Brooklyn in 1937 and graduated from Harvard with a B.A. in 1958, followed by a Masters and a Doctorate. He first made his name as an academic writer in the field of classical literature before moving on to write the book that made him famous - LOVE STORY. This was published in 1970 and went on to sell over 20 million copies worldwide. He is married with two daughters and lives in London.

评分好像聽美國人講瞭遍韓劇。。。
评分本來想說挺老套的故事呀，不過後來發現它年代好想也挺久遠瞭。其實"Love means not ever having to say you're sorry." 給我的印象遠沒有以下來得深刻："Jenny, for Christ's sake, how can I read John Stuart Mill when every single second I'm dying to make love to you?" "Oh, Oliver, wouldja please?" "Jenny----" "Oliver----wouldja please."……誒，作為一本閱讀課作業——即一本閤法的可以被擠齣時間來閱讀而不會讓我覺得內疚的小說——我給你個閤格分好瞭。
