读了四分之一吧，毕业了才明白casebook真的只是学习材料，不是自学工具，关键看教授怎么讲……case之后的评论和问题才是重点，反思、追问以及学习如何做argument。1L课程最让人越学越迷糊，给不了国内上课'学知识"的安全感。

最认真做reading的一门课，像读小说。

相比于其他课，criminal law的case不是重点，毕竟所有判例都是根据法条的，所以重要的是statutory interpretation。书总体是有条理有逻辑的，但可能也是因为crim law open-ending的特性，case后的notes更多地引发思考而没有准确答案。教授上课也经常听同学发言却不给评价。让人学起来不踏实。

voluntarity那段太有樂了，簡直就是分析psycho pass中處刑的合法性...不過心理學家確實曾經在實驗中正確的辨別出了恐怖分子，認知科學無能，雖不明但覺厲...
