DAVID A. COX, PhD, is William J. Walker Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics at Amherst College.

其實隻能讀懂前兩章
评分是class field theory最好的入門書,neukirch也有相關方麵的兩本書,一本<<algebraic number theory>>和<<class field theory>>但觀點很高也很抽象。這本每章都為瞭解決一個數論問題而開始,把讀者一步步引到謎底,具體的逐漸融閤進抽象的框架裏。這本書的第三四章講的是complex multiplication,elliptic curve,shimura reciprocity這些主題跟modular forms 有關。感嘆一下everywhere is modular forms.想更深入的話可以分彆看neukirch和shimura的書
