老师推荐用Praat分析phonetic transcription????用的工具书，还不错，我参考了fricative的部分。整本书不厚所以不能说特别详细吧，有一些spectrogram的图解。

《语音学教程》中没大篇幅涉及的操作知识补充。如果能重新入门会把《语音学教程》和这本书一起看。对初学者来说只知道知识性的东西却不知道操作才是真的不思而惘。

Describing how people talk requires recording and analyzing phonetic data. This book enables readers to work with a speaker in a classroom setting or to go out into the field and make their own discoveries about how the sounds of a language are made. Peter Ladefoged, one of the world's leading phoneticians, introduces the experimental phonetic techniques for describing the major phonetic characteristics of any language. Throughout the book there are also comments, written in a more anecdotal fashion, on Ladefoged's own fieldwork.
