我要强烈推荐此系列为厕所读物了。内容轻松愉快，章节很短但都是完整的叙事，系列有13本每本300多页，故事也都是连续的所以也不会一下子读完了而感到失落。

轻松有趣的旅行读物，但感觉一系列人物设定良莠不齐，几个角色非常生动鲜活，也有几个感觉单薄缺乏说服力。之前不知道本系列已经出了9本，对自己想不想继续跟并不是很确定。。。

有趣的当代爱丁堡众生图，低调的犀利，茶余饭后轻松一下的好书。出于报刊连载的松散结构也是特色之一，遗憾的是太多线索留待后续，独立性稍欠，却着实有助跟卖后续系列。
