不可否认其学术历史地位，以金钱代替抽象utility的想法直白坦率，但kaldor-hicks效率的使用deeply problematic.

I thought I had known something abt Econ and nothing abt Law before I touched this. well, It's like..I was blew away up to nowhere, and currently only God/Satan can know what I really know or knew.I think I am just sick of Chicago school and need some saltwater. Maybe I will revisit this Oz...later.Spring 2010 [Goodson Law lib loan 2009-10]

中国的法律很多时候是txt格式而不是exe格式，就在于没有深刻的理解到法律的本质是不同利益群体之间的利益博弈。如果不做经济学分析，我们的法律永远没有办法落到实处！法律规范的是行为，行为后面是价值和利益驱动的动机，而经济学就是分析利益的最好工具
