It was a dark and stormy night; Meg Murry, her small brother Charles Wallace, and her mother had come down to the kitchen for a midnight snack when they were upset by the arrival of a most disturbing stranger.
"Wild nights are my glory," the unearthly stranger told them. "I just got caught in a downdraft and blown off course. Let me sit down for a moment, and then I'll be on my way. Speaking of ways, by the way, there is such a thing as a tesseract."
A tesseract (in case the reader doesn't know) is a wrinkle in time. To tell more would rob the reader of the enjoyment of Miss L'Engle's unusual book. A Wrinkle in Time , winner of the Newbery Medal in 1963, is the story of the adventures in space and time of Meg, Charles Wallace, and Calvin O'Keefe (athlete, student, and one of the most popular boys in high school). They are in search of Meg's father, a scientist who disappeared while engaged in secret work for the government on the tesseract problem.

给小朋友看的科幻书，人物造型简单，情节发展迅速。看的时候强烈觉得这是给小朋友写的，突然想，如果现在再看哈利波特，是不是也会有同样的感觉？

评分这本书是和学生一起读的，后来没时间就听喜马拉雅录音，绘声绘色哦。 虽说是fiction，有些语句还是颇有哲理的。 词汇有一些难度。 Meg、 Charles和Calvin在三个witch的指引下到了另一个星球企图拯救父亲。在那个星球有邪恶力量存在，后入侵了Charles的身体。最后通过meg的努力将Charles救出，四个人回到原来的世界。 LOVE SAVES ALL LOVE RULES. LOVE IS THE KEY.
评分拿起来放不下，两个晚上读完✌️虽然以现代的眼光看情节有落入俗套之嫌，但是对于上世纪60年代的创作，脑洞还是不小的。传递正能量，推荐给小朋友????
评分比较简单的儿童科幻文学，对多维宇宙和虫洞的想象。在霍金仙逝之际阅读，还比较应景。
