评分故事從頭到尾就僅發生在一個房間裏頭，很獨到。但是案件卻老套瞭許多，但我想作者跟讀者所關注的不是是否最後能夠把凶手找到，而故事的結尾也沒有交代凶手是誰，想想也沒有必要去寫這些，因為貫穿書本中心的一直都是那位8th Juror，而其他人對事情顯得十分勉強，拖拉，聽之任之，就是這位8th Juror把一切扭轉過來。我並不瞭解作者寫這本書時候的社會背景如何，僅僅知道的是他是一名編劇，但是裏麵頗具譏諷之味。
评分開始的intro難爆瞭，基本沒看懂，太難。劇本其實很簡單，單詞量不大，口語也好理解。劇情特彆贊，人物刻畫很齣色，細節也很吸引人。9分吧。
