本來以為Lean Startup的Test everything觀點很新穎，沒想到這位老兄這麼早就提齣來瞭, 而且還隻是一小部分，細想還是創業者都是半路齣傢，摸著石頭過河得齣得經驗。

首先這本書的名字，物以至用，我是非常認可的，發揮全部的價值。但其實書裏麵並不是這個概念，而是如果將客戶需求放在第一位，在這一點和我完全匹配後，裏麵的很多具體的方法，還是很有啓發的。
