雖然是本小冊子，但是內容一點都不通識普遍，沒有按照傳統語言學分支來講，內容比較散，而且語言很難，馬修斯是以形態學為主要研究對象的，所以本書裏形態學、曆史語言學方麵涉及的多些，難點有梵語與古希臘語的對照、元音和諧和X-bar等極為深入和專業的語言學理論，說原文深入淺齣的同學你放學彆走，我保證不打死你

超爛的入門書… 這本感覺受眾是初中生。。。看完幾乎什麽都沒學到。語言學還是適閤直接看著作。

這麼小一本書我居然讀瞭好幾個星期，可見寫得有多不吸引人瞭...不過還是有一些有趣的真知灼見的。作者在書裏麵反復強調abstraction，想來確實是很重要的能力，也是需要時刻謹記的assumption。
