这本咒语书属于wicca流派，语调轻快简单，以实用仪式为主，每一则仪式只占半面的篇幅，但没有理论介绍和引证，大部分仪式需要视觉化功底，是不包含咒语的。适合所有入门及未入门者，但其中几乎有一半的仪式，所需材料都是很难找到的，所以又很难适合所有人。另一方面就我看来这些仪式可信度不高，如果单单是视觉化和水晶、精油、浴盐的运用，即使没有这本书，这些自己就能完成。纯当参考叭。
