评分小感大悟，隽永无穷。最喜欢的是开头那几篇关于对自己展现慈悲：想通过禅修成为一个更好的人？接近更理想的自己？But the desire to change is fundamentally a form of aggression toward yourself。一直觉得自己薄悲寡爱，因为有时候对自己挺狠的，这种情况下就不要谈对别人了。先学会宽恕自己吧。
