评分小感大悟，雋永無窮。最喜歡的是開頭那幾篇關於對自己展現慈悲：想通過禪修成為一個更好的人？接近更理想的自己？But the desire to change is fundamentally a form of aggression toward yourself。一直覺得自己薄悲寡愛，因為有時候對自己挺狠的，這種情況下就不要談對彆人瞭。先學會寬恕自己吧。
