Many recipes have been written down for the very first time. Here's the Easter wheat pie (and Easter meat pie) and the braciole; the ricotta pie (four versions), the pizzelle and the minestra you remember having as a child. This book is a second prize winner in the 1991 Tabasco Community Cookbook Award competition. It's in its 8th printing, with 82,500 books in print. Benefits scholarship fund and various charities.
